OVERVIEW
Databook helps enterprise sales organizations build strategic relationships and close bigger deals. They needed a brand that spoke that promise in a way that would be direct, confident — and most importantly — human.
The Databook brand took a bold step into the seller's perspective. We chose to use strong eye contact and honest human faces displaying a range of intensity and diversity of interaction. The tone took on a confident, no-noise delivery with a human touch - consistent with the way salespeople actually talk.
The X, O and arrow motifs of the Databook brand represent the “playbook” of strategic insight. These serve as a versatile tool to visualizing data, conceptually reinforce copywriting, and add interest to compositions.
The Databook palette features a unique spectrum of neutrals which provide maturity and a sophisticated visual weight contrasted with vibrant key tones. A mixture of strength in legacy and forward thought.
The Databook website received an extensive design and IA overhaul - highlighting the category narrative and an optimized user journey tuned to convert.
Crisp ROI modules and emotive visual frames serve as visual anchors for storytelling on the website's main solutions pages.
We were challenged with creating a "non-sucky" platform diagram for Databook. Utilizing After Effects + Lottie we developed a visually striking digital storyboard asset to drive awareness and deep prospect engagement.
An omni-channel design system supported full-speed demand gen campaign production and bespoke brand moments alike.
Video production, scriptwriting, storyboarding, motion design, audio production - all in-house.

A five day LinkedIn Live event series was the centerpiece of our category launch. Each day included a series of thought-leader panels on specific industry topics, kicking off with a live chat between our CEO and acclaimed sales mentor/author – Matt Dixon.
Internal enablement is pillar of good branding. We built an entirely new digital asset library filled with templates, visuals, and simplified guidelines to turn everyone at Databook into stewards of the brand.
SWAG and office design tie the digital brand to Databook's physical space. The foil stickers were a huge hit.
